Mr. Al Fahim drives the companies' strategies, representing its key industry, civic and philanthropic constituents to provide a strong leadership to the Board of Directors. His strong roots in the U.A.E gives Mr. Al Fahim a competitive edge for a deeper understanding of the Arab regions and its impact on the dynamic flow of local markets in retrospect with global markets. His prior achievements include honorary and rewarding positions as an Executive Director at the Private Office of H.H Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nehyan, and as a Chief Executive of Spectrum Limited LLC, as the Head of Projects and Direct Investment at the Abu Dhabi Investment Company, and as the Managing Director at Abu Dhabi National Foodstuff Company (Foodco Holding).

He also held several key positions, at leading financial institutions in the Middle East, as a Senior Management member in the National bank of Abu Dhabi, as a Vice Chairman of the Islamic Financial Consultancy (Bahrain) and as a Lecturer in Finance & Banking at the U.A.E. University.

Mr. Al Fahim is a strong believer in education, holder of a BA in Business Administration from the Eastern Washington University. Later, pursued a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toledo, Ohio and is also a Certified Project Management Expert (CPME) by ASPMEXP.
